Zero Altitude was started in late 2003 when a small group of minitruckers some who used to be involved in Drop Zone Minitrucks decided to start a Penrith based minitruck club of there own. The first event ZA attended was ECC of 03 with the only truck logo'd being AGRO4U then owned by the original ZA President and founding member Peter Cullen.
This club was to be based around a small group of mates with a common interests.
The founding members were Pete Cullen, Russell Zoutendijk, Ryan Hanley, Matt Hill, Adrian A.
ZA grew fast - much faster then the club founders had anticipated or prepared for. 
The first official open club meeting held at krispy kreemes in November 03 had around 30 people attend 50% of those being people that the founding members had not ever met.After ZA's third meeting the management of krispy kreemes felt that we were to big to hold our meetings at the Penrith store and so we moved our meetings to the home of our then vice president Heath Killen in south Penrith.
In 2004 ZA held it's first major show at Spot on Paint and Panel in Penrith.
The club continued to grow for a number of months with support from a sponsors John at JAX tyres Penrith (now JAXQuickfit), Bob at Aussie Sports Trucks.
By late 2004 ZA had made it's own DVD and had over 70 members. Now needing having club meetings at a community hall rented in South Penrith in order to fit everyone in.
In recent times ZA has moved to simplify make the club less about volume and more about the things it was created for a group of mates with a common interest.
Nowdays membership is by invitation only but those people who are meant to be members find us rather then us finding them... absolutely no "RACE CARS" wanted and no lowriders. If you are into stickers and big wings you do not need apply.
